Q: My order is incomplete. What should I do?

A: For any orders that don’t complete or issue an error message, contact Customer Service at 800-996-5122, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday to confirm your order and your payment information.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders received before 1:00 p.m. PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the following business day (excluding holidays).

Q: How long will it take for my order to get here?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS, and are expected to arrive in two to five business days from the ship date within the 48 continental states.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping cost $8.95 for single bottle orders. Shipping is free with multiple bottle orders within USA. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping and international orders.

Q: Do you ship to international addresses?

A: Yes, Vesele is available worldwide. All prices are in USD. Additional shipping and handling fees will be added to international orders. You can contact us prior to ordering to get an estimate on shipping.

Q: I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

A: Contact us within 15 days of your order date so we will be able to track or replace your order.

Q: Do you offer any kind of guarantee?

A: Yes. We support our product 100%. If you are not satisfied with Vesele, call 1.800.748.6119. You will receive return information that must be completed within 30 days of receipt for a refund. If more than one bottle was purchased, additional bottles must be returned unopened.

Q: How do I make a return?

A: Any claim for credit or return goods request must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt and require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Upon receipt of authorized returned products, a refund for the original purchase price less the original shipping and handling charge ("Partial refund") will be issued. To obtain a partial refund, products must be returned within thirty (30) days of receiving an RMA number.
